The progressive cardiac unit was amazing! 3:1 ratio, good management, most of the nurses are very helpful and nice. No CNAs but the ratio makes it okay. Unit is split into 2 halves, one used to be the old ICU decades ago so 8 rooms to 1 bathroom and pts have to be ambulated to it but other than that no complaints!

Bullies to travel nurses, given more patients than is safe and many more than staff get each shift. Cliquey. Can’t keep a manager there so no continuity of leadership.
