Have to draw your own labs which can be a pain. More often 5-6 patients on nights. Sometimes it happens during the day due to staffing. Overall a good spot in my opinion.

Busy hospital. Skeletal staff. Always working shortstaffed, and when we are staffed appropriately, we get sent home to use our PTO. We get nothing for working short staffed and screwed over when they don’t like “the numbers”
Pay is not in alignment with the job or cost of living.￼

Overworked and under payed

I worked night shift and we rarely had a CNA, so we were doing both tasks. The night shift crew was fun, but it was chaotic with short staffing. I was going to take another contract with Centura (organization that owns this hospital) and the Friday before I started, they told me I could potentially float to a hospital two hours away. I do not recommend taking a contract here.
