travelers are abundant and helpful
Cons
can't keep their staff; float travelers too much, you might get your same patients 2 days in a row--but only if your lucky coz they float travelers ALOT, charge nurses don't help much; core staff is clicky and gossip all the time, doctors are rude and egotistical
