Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta

Did a total 21 weeks travel contract on a Tele unit. The staff is great, but I feel that the high acuity patients weren’t shared equally. There is not enough equipment to get the job done. Always looking for the VS machine, IV pumps that are ancient. There’s more IV pumps than plugs (they’re the removable kind, safety issue if you ask me) so every nurse ends up borrowing from each other and when you have patients on a continuous cardiac drips you can see how this becomes a problem. And for this reason alone, I wouldn’t go back. They need to change and make it safe for the patients.
