The pay is good, the current team of coworkers and supervisors are really good.

Very busy, if short staffed, which happens here and there, you can have over 20 patients, which definitely takes some getting used to. LTC and SNF is a totally different animal.

Traveler friendly. Good ratios (strict 4:1 for tele, 5:1 with no tele). It's a cute little town on the Central Coast. More amenities nearby in Santa Maria which isn't a bad drive at all. Several beaches nearby.
