Pros
Great and friendly staff, good workflow. This hospital is well staffed. Easiest assignment Ive ever had.
Cons
Call $ was $3/h. Very low. No radiologist onsite. everything is outsourced which is more of a positive to some people. less overhead.

Small place, antiquated EMR is simple to use. Redwoods and beaches close by.
Cons
Cost of living higher. Rain can get you down mentally. Hospital needs a major remodel
