The manager watches over your shoulder and micromanages really bad…it gets irritating. Other than that, it’s awesome

Communication is poor between MDs and Cath lab department. Will change schedule at random without notifying staff so will be set up for 1 thing and MD changes at last minute, more prevalent in IR portion of lab. More staff drama than I expected but teams are well trained and efficient despite other shortcomings..
