Therapy team itself is great. They really care about patients and work well together. CNAs are fairly helpful. Most patients enjoyed therapy and didn't fight too hard. Doesn't smell, housekeeping does a great job. Overall I was able to do it, I have the experience on my resume, I learned a lot.

For about a 6 week stretch, every week there was something new we were required to do going forward. When complaints / difficulties were voiced the response was "I don't like it either but this is just how it is now" or "build it into your treatment time." A lot of micromanaging from department and as a whole. It took literally 6 weeks for a single day where I wasn't critiqued or asked to do something differently.
