Shift availability; Local floor staff very helpful and kind.

Very obvious that this site is run by travel nurses, as there is little to no consistency/organization. Charge nurses are not available to floor staff and hide in offices. In emergencies, there were 2 occurrences in my 6-week contract the two charge nurses tried to talk patients out of going to the E.R. One being a non-verbal patient, the nurses also attempted to talk the nurse out of admitting her, of which she ended up being septic and hospitalized for a long period of time.
