Great place to work and grow. You will have to do your own reports as an echo Tech. So if you go to work here you better know you're normals and how to assess systolic and diastolic LV function.
Cons
You do the full reports Cardiology will just sign off on it. You will hear from them if they disagree with something you put in the report or missed
