Pros

It’s small enough to give better patient care. Everyone is very close like family. Staff is very nice in all depts. when it’s busy it’s busy like a big hospital. As an RT this is a pretty good dept to work for the assignment is very manageable.

Cons

As an RT the price of living is expensive on renting rooms. Tolls.
