      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience for a day shift assignment in an outpatient clinic setting.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting</li><li>Patient population includes post-operative cases such as TKA, THA, rotator cuff, and spine surgeries, as well as arthritis, ankle sprain, knee PFS, and low back/neck pain</li><li>Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Electronic health record system used is WEBPT</li><li>Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of a variety of orthopedic patients, including those with post-surgical and chronic conditions</li><li>Business casual attire is required; scrubs are not permitted</li><li>Pre-start and orientation modules must be completed, averaging 12 hours</li><li>Return staff must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible</li><li>RTO cannot exceed 7 days per 13-week contract and is not permitted in the first two weeks</li><li>Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted, with a different pay rate</li><li>A manager interview is not guaranteed and may not occur</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active DC Physical Therapy license required at time of consideration</li><li>Minimum of 2 years recent outpatient physical therapy experience</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Experience with orthopedics and skills in AROM/AAROM/PROM and strength testing required</li><li>Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment</li><li>Two supervisor references from the past 2 years needed</li><li>Flu vaccine required</li></ul>
