If it wasn’t because of how management runs this hospital it would be such a great place to work at. The community is amazing and everyone gets to know you and you get to know your patients well. I’m afraid that that’s the only positive thing I can say about it. Some coworkers are amazing 90 percent of the staff is looking for gossip and HR makes sure gossip goes around instead of stopping rumors and gossip. Hence the reason why so many people has left this facility.
