      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a current Michigan license and strong float experience for a night shift role.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with required floating to Med Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)</li><li>Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with 12-hour shifts</li><li>Every other weekend required</li><li>No call requirements</li><li>Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation</li><li>Delivers patient education and supports family members</li><li>Participates in multidisciplinary team strategies and problem-solving</li><li>Adheres to infection control, medication safety, and hospital policies</li><li>Requires strong team communication and leadership skills</li><li>Must demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care</li><li>Up to five days of requested time off may be considered</li></ul>

      <ul><li>Current and active MI RN license required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience required</li><li>Must have experience floating to PCU, Med Surg, and Telemetry units</li><li>Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required</li><li>COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions permitted</li></ul>
