This job was not special procedures. They did not pay call pay until you had 40 hours. So Sunday Monday and Tuesday you’re guaranteed to come in at 3 am and you’re not getting compensated for it because it is t possible to have your 40 hours. You’re expected to cover several hospitals as well  they just let you know that morning if you went to the right place or not.
