Physicians with God complex, performing cowboy procedures. Lack of staffing to accommodate 40 cases with 4 rooms available, never getting out on time. On call getting called in for non emergent procedures during the week and weekends. Weekends usually represent 10+ hours. Management exhausted by lack of support from hospital management. Rapid turnovers causing unnecessary errors. Staff over worked and overwhelmed with no appreciation. M
