Pros
Low acuity and low census; inpatient is PSU- census heavy on the front end of week, but also dependent on time of year; mostly close it over the weekend.
Cons
Smaller surgical hospital- 4 bed 'ER', 2 RNs. It's run by the hospitalists (they only employ a couple actual ED docs, PRN). Very low acuity and census.
