Unorganized hospital. Floated frequently to med-surg units and given 10 patient assignments. Very poor patient care. Providers putting in notices left and right because of unsafe conditions. Zero support from management. Unable to contact MDs for orders at night. I was in fear of losing my license the ENTIRE time during this contract that ended 6 weeks in. Very grateful it ended.
