Loved working here until Brianna became the med/surg unit manager. Micromanagement extraordinaire! She would go so far as to watch the camera footage religiously only to send out blanket emails about 1 person's actions. Talk to that person. Don't feed the flames of gossip. She's very young, very inexperienced, and has very little compassion. Most everyone else is great to work with. Night shift especially. You will almost always have 6 patients and acuity will be on the higher side, but the team is great!

Unit managers should have more than 1 year of floor experience
