There are no pros to working at this facility and especially on unit K7. This is the worst place I’ve ever worked and this is coming from a Nurse with vast experience as a traveler.

Inappropriate patient assignments, insufficient help, unprofessional charge nurses with no people skills. If anything goes wrong the travel nurse is the scapegoat. They endanger your license. If you still choose to work there, at least avoid unit K7!!!
