2025 Staff is not cohesive. Too much gossip, sitting and not enough people that actually working. No team ethos. Some rules apply to some of the staff and not others. Poor communication and unit orientation. constant changes of scheduled days through short notice texts. Travelers called off frequently or sent home early. Manager treats older staff and traveler staff as expendable. Some charge nurses report untrue events to manager to create unfair discipline on those trying to solve problems. Manager has an authoritative leadership style and microscopic understanding on how to run unit/manage people. Magnet structure is not functional due to authoritative leadership.
