Overall very nice place to work. I was in ccu/cicu for a year.

Loved my staff I worked with in the MICU. Always willing to help and make sure you’re ok. Staffing seemed to be an issue and floated to the stepdown side frequently where support was lacking for staff RNs and traveler RNs. My hourly rate and stipend went down as I was working there and was one of the reason why I didn’t return.
