About this facility

The Mount Sinai-Harlem Health Center is a multispecialty health care facility offering a wide range of services and inclusive, equitable, and high-quality care including primary care, mental health care, and specialty care. It will be the new home of the Institute of Advanced Medicine (IAM) which is dedicated to underserved communities and patients who have specialized needs. Outpatient mental health services are provided by the Mount Sinai Health System Department of Psychiatry, and include services for children, adolescents, and adults for a wide range of mental health conditions. There are also specialized intensive outpatient programs for adults. The specialty services will include Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology. Mount Sinai-Harlem Health Center will also have a specialty pharmacy open to patients and the community.
