Toxic staff
The staff in case management that have been there for a bit have clicks and they are not very friendly and make you feel like you're an outcast. They are snide in their remarks and make you feel incompetent if you have questions or need help. There is no unity and they need an attitude adjustment.
Pros
Worked Days. Spring 2024. Charge Nurse was awesome. They have pharmacy tech on floor to help troubleshoot difficulties with orders.
Cons
Watch out for workforce preference over others. I worked weekends for months even after requesting to have some weekends off. This was the most frustrating thing. Floor is set up with 4 different hallways offshooting from primary Charge RN station. You have to walk to different hallways to find your medications at least 4X a shift. Staff is willing to help out, but 50% are stand offish. Does have Cliques. I would give the providers a B minus rating. Welcoming RN/CNA Staff a C and teamwork a C.
