ICU - Intensive Care Unit

I was in the preceptor travel program. This hospital is small and therefore does not have a large amount of resources for the nurses. The emergency department management is amazing. Trying to get patients upstairs to medsurg or PCU is extremely difficult just due to waiting usually over an hour to even give report. Overall the work environment is good in the emergency department and great teamwork especially with the night shift!
