Very traveler friendly, well organized, well staffed, low nurse to patient ratio

No ancillary staff

This is for L&D specifically. The unit is very travel friendly. Good ratios (they try to follow AWHONN standards). You do get breaks. Staff overall welcoming and kind. Midwives do some of the births here.

No self scheduling anymore. Res/fellows are family medicine not OB.

Traveler friendly, great team-work with other nurses, everyone looks out for one another and lends a helping hand. Any questions you have are answered without judgment. Schedule flexibility. Overall, Great place to work. I hope to go back again some time.

Cost of living is a bit high. Traffic can be pretty hectic.
