Constant floating to other units. I was on the COVID/medsurg unit which only had 10 beds. The director and manager were great though. They were always a call away and usually would give me the days I asked for. The hospital in itself is outdated.

            <ul><li>Work in the Intensive Care Unit within a critical care setting</li><li>Care for critical and COVID patient populations</li><li>12-hour night shifts</li><li>Assignment duration is 16 weeks</li><li>No on-call requirement</li><li>Unit uses Epic EMR with experience preferred</li><li>Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care for ICU patients with minimal supervision</li><li>May care for COVID patients as part of regular assignments</li><li>Scrub or dress code requirements were not specified</li></ul>
