Dangerous environment with a standard of underachievement... This facility is in need of regularly run mock codes, in house/ hands-on trainings and much more than e-learning modules. They overwork the travelers and floats and operate on pure luck. Some really great overnight staff are there; but how long will they last given the environment they're in?
