Flexible schedule friendly management, helpful and supportive.
Cons
Some staff, like anywhere , are not as willing to help out and see burnt out. Paper charts are a huge con but once you get used to it it’s ok . Ratios are awful on some nights more than others. But that is to be expected anywhere.
