Pros
Staff are willing to help travelers with questions and concerns regarding patient care, documentation, scheduling & who & how to contact the appropriate departments
Cons
Need more than 2 or 3 days to be on one unit, then transfered to another for another 2 or 3 days. Once the system is engrained, it is much easier to manuver the units.
