Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM 
• On-call responsibilities include one night per week and every third weekend 
• Must be available July 4th weekend 
• Blocked schedule not available but facility will schedule to provide some long weekends 
• Required certifications: CCI, RCIS, BLS, ALS (ALS must be obtained within 90 days from start) 
• Minimum 2 years of experience required 
• Dress code: Hospital laundered Malibu Blue scrubs required, may wear white non-fleece jacket if desired 
• Electronic Medical Record system: CERNER 
• Must be able to start immediately 
• Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility
