Where do I begin? Ratios are 4-5: 1 but there is no consideration of acuity. The staff is welcoming but there is no support. 1:1 patients are almost NEVER 1:1 (even legit suicial or attemted suicides). They will actually have the unit secretary "watch " the patient on camera from 20 feet away while she answers phones, call lights, chats, handles MD calls, etc. They do not put travelers in triage which is nice cause it's a disaster.  There are always hall beds (except when JC comes) but no designated monitors for hall beds. Well experienced nurse and traveler will never return to this facility.
