No diversity in work place. Discrimination and prejudices are easily brushed over.
The place is disgusting, never cleaned the nurses stations med rooms and barely cleaned the bathrooms. You take up to 9 patients with a LPN. I told them from the jump, you will never give me that many patients. They do not place pts based on aquity if it’s clean and open someone with no clue as to what is going on the actual unit assigned a patient to the rooms. You can get 5 totals in a row, they could care less. They talk to you any kind of way. The place is disgusting and they use SCM as there EMR and it’s trash. They don’t care about the safety of the patients or your nursing license. I do not recommend!
