Nursing staff was mostly travelers.  Managemebt on the floor helping a lot.  Most nursing staff happy to work with each other, but 5-6pts without a call in.  8-9pts with call ins.  Hired for peds, probably had about a dozen peds patients the whole assignment.  Mostly adult medsurg.
