<p>• Provide professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being<br />
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in all phases of nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation<br />
• Direct and supervise nursing patient care team including Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other technicians<br />
• Collaborate with own team and other disciplines in provision of care<br />
• Complete timely documentation of patient care, patient condition, reactions and response to treatment<br />
• Track patient progress throughout care<br />
• Work every other weekend and be available for holiday coverage<br />
• 2+ years of emergency department experience required<br />
• Cerner experience required<br />
• Charge experience required<br />
• TNCC certification preferred<br />
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)<br />
