I did one assignment at Overlook.  The people I worked with were very helpful.  For a southerner, I expected the worst as far as attitudes, but saw the opposite.  There were a lot of travelers there.  Pay was fair.  
Summit is a nice suburban town.

Thankfully my unit works like a real teamwork, otherwise we would all drown. Management only cares about themselves and do not care about the employees. Compensation should be better, based on the amount of work you do and everything you go through.
