My total time at this facility was 14 months.  Good work environment, all but one provider is respectful, great camaraderie among the nursing staff.  The biggest issue is that the facility is located in Sonoma county, there are two issues with this.  Firstly, there's a massive shortage of critical care transport units in that area, so when you have to transfer a critical patient you end up holding them for a very long time.  That along with the limited services the hospital provides can create a perfect setup for a bad outcome.  The second issue with Sonoma county is that a very sizable percentage of the facility's patient population are homeless trying to take advantage of the system.

Nice place but limited resources.
