Pros
Unit is friendly. Patient ratio 1:6 traveler always gets 6th patient first.
Cons
Housing hard to find at times. You float to other units that aren’t very travel friendly. Float as tech have to do baths and draw blood. Phlebotomy gets mad if they have to come draw any labs tech unable to get
