The pay is the only thing that kept me from quitting there. Super busy and understaffed as usual. Unsafe assignments that put your license at risk. You have to work as nurse and nurse aide most shifts. Hardly any supplies in supply room needed to properly take care of patients. Most of the charge nurses on the med surg floors are clueless as to how to do their job. Other staff there aren’t very friendly on med surg floors and there’s no teamwork. I still have ptsd from working at that place. Also they only let you work 48hrs/week. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Not a traveler friendly environment. Travelers get first admit all the time. No continuity of care. Floats to med surg a lot. Most charge nurses don’t help. 6-8 week contracts only bec it’s that bad! Nothing to do here, literally in the middle of nowhere. Don’t waste your time!
