      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with ARRT R and CT certification and proficiency in Epic charting.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a combined radiology department</li><li>Perform general CT scans including chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, fluoroscopy, pediatric exams, trauma cases, and CTAs with post processing</li><li>12-hour day shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM</li><li>Exposure to a mix of adult and pediatric patients</li><li>Uses Epic for charting</li><li>A personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) is required for this assignment</li><li>Responsibilities include minimizing radiation exposure, producing high-quality images, and efficiently handling trauma and complex patient scenarios</li><li>Participate in department planning, process improvement, meetings, and assist with training new associates and students</li><li>May have access to secured medication storage and be involved in drug handling processes</li><li>Must provide or obtain a personal radiation badge to accurately track exposure</li><li>Permanent staff must be separated from this health system for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Current ARRT R and CT certification is required</li><li>AHA certification required and must not expire before start date</li><li>Active license required if applicable</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience required</li><li>Associate's Degree required</li><li>At least 1 year of recent experience in the CT specialty</li><li>Proficient communication, problem-solving, independent judgment, and decision-making skills</li><li>Experience with Epic EMR preferred</li></ul>
