Cons

The environment is not very professional. Staff noted to do a lot of cursing and yelling at patients. Even though CNO has found cursing and yelling at patients Administration can be great at retaliating to some staff as well as play favorites for other staff that get away with anything. Can be very dangerous as staff injuries are high due to aggressive patients and not enough staff. Contract nurses get paid well however it’s not worth risking your license over.
