Great staff

The staff that have been there a long time have a trauma bond with the hospital. Everybody wants to quit everyday, but they stick around anyway.

Too many to list. CNO is really unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Staff are scared of her because if she walks in with a bad mood, she’ll fire half a unit without notice. Extremely unsafe environment. Staff injuries all the time from patients that either just got out of prison or fought the police. Patients get uncuffed and they just started fighting at the front. Never enough staff. Sometimes you have to call the police because the units are so aggressive, and it takes them a long time to get there. You also get mandated constantly, and if you refuse, they try to fire you. No security, and they act like they are proud of it. Almost no males in the building. If you like your license, then don’t come here. Just a couple more weeks until my contract is over, and I’m running to Falls Church!
