Teams are a good concept except when they become a hs click!  Unwilling to accept new team members.  Immature ppl.

Staff CVOR nurses and scrub are hard workers. Call was 2-3 a week plus every other weekend. Surgeon, who I'm told no longer works there and was a huge part of my refusal to stay, was the most incompetent I've ever worked with.

Extremely poor place to work! Very poorly managed from the C-Suite/Corporate level down, to the point where the O.R. cannot keep consistent management staff. The hospital system hasn’t invested into their own infrastructure in so long that the place is falling apart. The hospital recently had to be evacuated due to both boilers malfunctioning and all patients in house had to be transported via ambulance to other facilities, & that’s just the TIP of the iceberg!

Also super rude and acted like every time I talked to her it was a huge inconvenience but the pay was good
