      <p>American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a day-shift Home Health assignment requiring current licensure and recent supervisory references.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Home Health Occupational Therapist role serving Snohomish County</li><li>Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Thirteen-week assignment in a community-based setting</li><li>Focus on patient assessments, treatments, and home safety evaluations</li><li>Responsible for providing therapy and training to patients in their homes</li><li>Flexible and independent work environment with collaboration as needed</li><li>All time off or schedule requests must be provided at the start of the assignment</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable</li><li>At least two professional references from supervisors within the past two years</li><li>Complete seven-year work history with explanations for all gaps</li><li>Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and home health documentation</li></ul>
