      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in Epic EMR for a day shift assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a short-term acute care hospital setting with a patient ratio of 1:1</li><li>Responsible for echocardiography procedures as part of a multidisciplinary cardiology team</li><li>Day shifts (4x10 hours) from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM</li><li>Rotational on-call required: one weekday every two weeks and one weekend every 4-6 weekends</li><li>Weekend coverage and block scheduling required</li><li>Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals nearby as needed</li><li>Use of Epic charting system is required</li><li>Role includes performing echocardiograms in collaboration with the cardiac care team</li><li>Must commit to working at least 3 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day</li><li>Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state as needed</li><li>Scrub attire can be any color</li><li>Modules and training are required to be completed prior to start and annually</li><li>Minimal to no time off is preferred; RTO requests may delay the hiring process</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted</li><li>No parking fees for staff</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer</li><li>Current applicable state licensure required if applicable</li><li>Experience with Epic EMR required</li><li>Must provide two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last three years</li><li>Must have a vehicle for travel between facilities</li><li>Must meet 50-mile radius rule for eligibility</li><li>Returning employees must have at least a 3-month gap from prior employment</li></ul>
