Worked here as staff; met some of my best friends, and coolest people. Had times of steady travelers, and staff as well. Left because management was taking advantage of really good people. Worked on the neuro floor w/ good patient ratios (rarely 4-5:1 on nights).  Compensated very well.

Certain clusters in the Operating room are not so warm and fuzzy to put it nicely, but it's mainly one that is real cactus like, but the majority of the OR was a pleasure to work with and fun.

Most if the senior scrub techs are territorial and unwelcoming attitudes. Nurses are great. Some surgeons are picky with their staffs (insecure if they have new faces)

For a regional trauma and stroke center, Providence Sacred Heart has the worst, oldest equipment in the area! Short staffed constantly. Some patients can wait more than 4 hours to get a CT scan from the emergency department.  Dirtiest hospital I've ever worked at
