<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs</li><li>Hours: 36 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Apr 20, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor &amp; Delivery (LDRP) position at a critical access hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>Work setting is a critical access hospital with 22 total staff beds</li><li>Assignment is in the Labor &amp; Delivery (LDRP) unit</li><li>Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 6:1 depending on acuity</li><li>Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM</li><li>Weekends required, evenly distributed among RNs</li><li>Floating between units and facilities within the state is required per unit needs</li><li>No on-call required</li><li>Charting is done in Epic (experience required)</li><li>Scrubs of any color accepted; OR scrubs are provided</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active MT RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand</li><li>Current BLS certification required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of Labor &amp; Delivery (LDRP) RN experience required</li><li>Epic EMR proficiency required</li><li>At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration</li><li>SSN and DOB required for consideration</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>First-time travelers with 2+ years of experience are welcome to apply</li><li>Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility</li><li>Travelers who refuse to float between facilities within the state may be subject to assignment termination</li><li>Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; all RTO requests must be disclosed at time of submission, as post-offer requests may be denied</li><li>No parking fee at this facility</li></ul>
