      <p>American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring at least 1 year of recent skilled home health experience and active WA licensure.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in a home health setting serving adult patients</li><li>Typical day involves 4-6 patient visits, with a standard of 27-30 productivity points based on territory</li><li>Shifts are 8-hour days, 8:00 to 16:30, Monday through Friday</li><li>Weekend work may be required and will be discussed during the interview</li><li>On-call coverage is not required</li><li>Charting is completed using Home Care Home Base (HCHB), and proficiency is preferred</li><li>Documentation tools are provided and must be returned at assignment completion</li><li>Patients are grouped to minimize driving, but occasional travel within a 100-mile radius may be required</li><li>Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate; free parking available</li><li>Must provide care for adult patients in their homes across a designated territory</li><li>First-time travelers are welcome to apply</li><li>Travel pairs are accepted, but each traveler is assigned to their own territory and must have personal transportation</li><li>Must wear professional scrubs in any color</li><li>Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application</li><li>Must be separated from former employment for at least 6 months and approved by HR to return as a traveler</li><li>Timely documentation and effective communication with the care team are required</li></ul>
