Pros
The staff is incredible. Great teamwork. Great knowledge. Great learning opportunity. Incredible leadership.
Cons
Workplace violence. Kansas City is now one of the top ten most dangerous cities in the country. It is felt here. A lot of GSW's, a lot of psych, a lot of things that come with inner city work.
