This ER runs like a well oiled machine. The staff are very helpful. This is a very busy ER and they all work together as a team. Highly recommend this ER for fantastic level 1 experience!

RIH is a superb workplace. Perhaps the second best hospital I’ve worked at in in my 3 years traveling. Staffs are professional, warm, supportive and overall awesome team work. It would be a shame if I have to leave. 😝

Easy communication with the physicians through the messaging application in EPIC. I liked the staff that I encountered for the most part. Most of the units I floated to were pretty decent.

Super busy, large trauma 1. Have transporters, trauma alley, shuttles for employee parking, Epic, separate children's ER.

Constantly short staffed. Acuity of patients is high and support from supervisors is low. No ER report. Can have up to 6 patients during the day shift. Some nights there is no CNA on the floor.
